This professional is there to assist the customer through the various aspects of paperwork, materials selection, construction, and closing and is intimately familiar with the customer and their needs.

Every Mayer Homes Sales Consultant receives constant information and direction to keep them abreast of the latest advances as well as keeping them focused solely on the needs of their customers. They specialize in new home construction, and especially in the construction of new Mayer Homes... it's the ONLY thing they do and they do it very well!

10-Year Warranty Shield Program

Mayer Homes provides a dedicated customer service department to oversee and administer its 10-year limited warranty program. During the initial phases of the warranty period, our customer service department stands ready to assist each homeowner with their specific needs.

These essential elements of the Mayer home warranty include:

  • 1 year coverage on workmanship and materials
  • 2 year coverage on mechanical systems
  • 10 year coverage on the structure of the home

Prior to closing, each Mayer Home customer is introduced to their new home via the Mayer Homes Formal Presentation by one of Mayer's Customer Service Specialists. The Customer Service Specialist will explain the extensive Mayer Homes 10 Year Warranty Shield and give them tips on home ownership as well.
